摘要: 实习实训是应用型大学的重要实践教学环节,是提升学生综合素质和实践能力、实现人才培养目标的重要途径。在实施产教融合及实习实训的过程中,存在不少困难和挑战,如教学体系不完善、内容缺乏连贯性与延续性、量化考核机制不完善、缺乏过程监管措施等。为此,该文以吉利学院智能科技学院2021级的学生作为试点对象,根据学生的专业背景以及合作企业的性质,对实习实训的管理机制进行研究,旨在探讨产教融合背景下适合民办高校应用型本科人才培养的实习实训管理模式,提升实习实训教学质量,增强学生的实践能力、应用能力和团队合作能力,培养学生的主观能动性、创新精神和社会责任感。

Abstract: Internship training is a key practical teaching link of applied universities, and an important way to improve students'comprehensive quality and practical ability and achieve the goal of talent training. In the current implementation of industry-education integration and internship training, there are many difficulties and challenges, such as imperfect teaching system, lack of consistency and continuity of content, imperfect quantitative assessment mechanism, lack of process supervision measures, etc. Therefore, this article uses the class of 2021 students from Geely College's School of Intelligent Technology as a pilot target, and according to the students'professional background and the nature of the cooperative enterprise, the management mechanism of internship training is studied. This paper aims to explore an internship training management mode suitable for the cultivation of application-oriented undergraduate talents in private colleges under the background of industry-education integration, improve the quality of internship training teaching, enhance students'practical ability, application ability and teamwork ability, and cultivate students'subjective initiative, innovative spirit and sense of social responsibility.
