摘要: 为适应当前新零售发展趋势及其对新商科人才培养的要求,零售学课程建设应重视实践教学的设计:提升教学内容的实用性,加大实践教学的比重,挖掘多种形式的实践教学方法,以竞赛促学习,让学生主导课堂,重点培养和考核学生的实践能力。为此,学校需要优化调整师资结构,积极建立校内外实践基地,改革相关教学管理制度,以适应零售学课程实践教学的要求,激励教师创新实践教学方式,培养优秀的零售人才。

Abstract: In order to adapt to the development trend of new retail and the training needs of new business talents, the curriculum construction of retailing should pay attention to the design of practical teaching, improving the practicability of teaching content, increasing the proportion of practical teaching, exploring various forms of practical teaching methods, promoting learning by competition, students leading the class, focusing on training and examination of students'practical ability. Therefore, the college needs to optimize and adjust the structure of teachers, actively establish practice bases inside and outside the school, reform the relevant teaching management system, adapting to the requirements of retailing course practical teaching, encouraging teachers to innovate practical teaching methods, cultivating excellent retail talents.
