摘要: 该文通过分析“双创”背景下工科类专业人才培养模式改革过程中存在的问题,结合新时代对工科类专业人才的新需求,制定了“双创”背景下工科类专业人才培养模式改革的思路,包括:明确工科类人才培养目标,构建综合型人才培养模式;打造专业化的“双师型”教师队伍;完善“双创”课程培养方案,创建线上线下、课内课外的多样化教学体系,为培养工科类综合专业人才提供新思路和新方法。

Abstract: By analyzing the problems in the reform process of the training mode of engineering professionals under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship and combining with the new needs of engineering professionals in the new era, the reform ideas of the training mode of engineering professionals under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship are formulated, including clarifying the training objectives of engineering talents and building a comprehensive training mode of talents; To build a professional double-qualified educational team; Will improve the training programs for innovation and entrepreneurship programs, and create a diversified system of online and offline, in-class and off-class programs. This study can provide new ideas and methods for cultivating comprehensive professional talents of engineering.
