Abstract: In the context of the rapid development of the E-commerce industry, vocational colleges'e-commerce programs need to implement industry-education integration reforms and modern apprenticeship-based talent development models to meeting the demand for talent in society. This article explores the implementation of the modern apprenticeship-based E-commerce talent development model from the perspective of industry-education integration, focusing on the concept of industry-education integration, the content and features of modern apprenticeship-based talent development, and the exploration and practice of modern apprenticeship-based E-commerce education. Through cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises, students can master E-commerce knowledge and skills in practice, improve their sense of professional identity and job satisfaction, and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
