摘要: 在推进“双一流”与“双创”建设的背景下,培养和提升本科生的创新能力逐渐成为高等院校人才培养的重点工作。制定科学合理的创新创业人才培养模式对创新人才培养具有关键作用。该文基于对校企协同、本科生导师制、科研竞赛项目的化工专业人才创新能力培养模式的研究,构建具有南京工业大学化工专业特色的创新人才培养模式,形成与高水平大学建设相匹配的创新创业教育目标。

Abstract: Under the background of promoting the construction of“double first-class”and“innovation and entrepreneurship”, the cultivation and promotion of undergraduate students' innovative ability has gradually become a key task in the talent training of colleges and universities. The cultivation of innovative talents. This paper is based on the research on the cultivation mode of innovation ability of chemical professionals based on university-enterprise cooperation, undergraduate tutorial system, and scientific research competition projects, to create the cultivation mode of innovative talents with the characteristics of the university's chemical specialty, and to form the innovation and entrepreneurship education objectives that match the construction of high-level universities.
