Exploration on the Training Mode of Professional Degree Graduate Students in the Field of Fishery Development under the Background of “Three Integrity Education”

摘要: 专业学位研究生作为研究生教育的主要形式,不同于理论学术研究型的学术学位研究生教育,主要针对特定行业领域的需求,培养应用型与复合型高层次人才,强调对实践创新能力的培养。目前,渔业发展领域专业学位研究生培养模式存在课程设置偏理论、协同育人体系待完善、考核评价指标同质化等方面的问题。该文结合“三全育人”要求,围绕优化课程体系、深化产教融合、完善质量评价体等方面的改进措施开展了思考与探索,以期进一步提升育人效果。

Abstract: As the main form of postgraduate education, professional degree postgraduate education is different from academic degree postgraduate education of theoretical academic research type. It mainly aims at the needs of specific industry fields, trains application-oriented and compound high-level talents, and emphasizes the cultivation of practical innovation ability. At present, there are some problems in the training mode of professional degree graduate students in the field of fishery development, such as the theoretical curriculum, the collaborative education system to be improved, and the homogeneity of assessment and evaluation indicators. This paper combined with the requirement of“three integrity education”, has carried out thinking and exploration around the improvement measures in optimizing the curriculum system, deepening the integration of industry and education, and improving the quality evaluation system, with a view to further improving the effectiveness of education.
