“德—知—赛”引领的机械学科“三融合”培养模式

摘要: 机械学科以赛促教、以赛促学的实践教学环节存在队伍断层、竞赛实践和教学理论衔接度不高、赛教融合性不足等问题。该文以科技思政为核心,以竞赛项目为载体的分层、全员实践为思路,建设“双师型”施教团队、组建传帮带式学生梯度团队、优化课程层次体系、打造学科竞赛知识包,实现教学内容+竞赛内容的赛教融合、学生创新能力+教师教学能力的能力融合、竞赛项目经典优秀作品+驭想俱乐部等创新实践基地的资源融合,创新了“三融合”人才培养模式。

Abstract: There are some problems in the practice teaching of mechanical discipline, such as team fault, low degree of connection between competition practice and teaching theory, and lack of integration of competition and teaching. This paper focuseson science and technology ideology and politics, competition projects as the carrier of stratification, full practice as the idea, the construction of double-teacher teaching team, the formation of mentoring student gradient team, the optimization of curriculum hierarchy, the creation of discipline competition knowledge package, to achieve the integration of teaching content + competition content, the integration of students' innovation ability + teachers' teaching ability, the integration of classic and excellent works of competition projects + resources of innovative practice bases such as Yu Xiang Club, innovated the“three integration”talent training mode.
