摘要: 专业结构是高等教育的专业设置及其结构形态,是学校在人才培养过程中所形成的专业类别、专业数量、专业体系,反映了高校的办学特色与办学实力。为解决专业结构存在的问题,优化专业结构,提高学校专业建设水平,该文结合南京工业大学实际情况,分析专业结构现状、专业定位与规划、课程建设、教学组织形式等内容,探讨微专业建设,提出基于微专业的人才培养模式,对培养目标、发展路径、课题设置和教学组织等进行了改革。

Abstract: Major structure refers to the specialty setting and its structural form in higher education, and it is the category, number and system of majors formed in the process of talent training, which reflects the school-running characteristics and strength of colleges and universities. In order to solve the problem of the major structure, optimize the major structure and improve the level of major construction in the university, this paper based on the actual situation of Nanjing University of Technology, analyzes the current situation of specialty structure, specialty orientation and planning, curriculum construction, teaching organization and other contents, discusses the construction of micro specialty, puts forward a talent training model based on“micro specialty”, and carries out reform on training objectives, development paths, subject setting and teaching organization.
