Research on the Reform and Practice of College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Based on Matrix CDIO Model

摘要: 该文针对“互联网+”创新创业CDIO优质项目不足、新项目来源和转化培育体系不完整等问题,建立基于学生社会实践、专业技能实训和教师科研项目,培育创新创业竞赛项目的矩阵体系,建立不同年级学生不同内容、不同任务分工的培养要点和分级能力测评体系,兼顾团队和个人成长需求。矩阵式的项目体系重构,保证了项目的来源以及优质项目的培养,同时减少了教师的教学工作量,取得了较好的效果。持续强化各个层次CDIO项目的教学重点和整合转化,可进一步提升学生能力,提高竞赛效果产出率。

Abstract: In view of the lack of“Internet+”innovation and entrepreneurship CDIO quality projects, the source of new projects and the incomplete transformation and cultivation system, a matrix system based on students' social practice, professional skills training and teachers' scientific research projects, and the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship competition projects was established, and the cultivation points and grading ability evaluation system for students of different grades with different contents and different tasks were established, taking into account the needs of team and individual growth in this paper. The matrix based project system reconstruction ensures the source of projects and the cultivation of high-quality projects, while reducing teachers'teaching workload and achieving good results. Continuously strengthening the teaching focus and integration transformation of CDIO projects at all levels can further enhance students'ability and improve the output rate of competition results.
