摘要: 地理信息系统及应用是公共管理专业实践“专创融合”和新文科建设的重要专业基础课,具有知识与技能互为补充,理论与实践紧密结合的特点。为了更好地推进公共管理专业创新创业人才高质量培养,该文从课程建设思路、定位与目标,教学内容、设计与方法,课程创新实践,教学考核方法等方面,系统阐述地理信息系统及应用作为公共管理专业“专创融合”课程建设的方式和途径,为高效培养具有创新创业能力的公共管理人才及有效实施“专创融合”课程建设提供借鉴。

Abstract: Geographic information system and application is an important professional basic course for the public management specialty to practice the integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education and the construction of new liberal arts. It has the characteristics of knowledge and skills complementing each other, and theory and practice closely combining. In order to better promote the high-quality training of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in public management, this paper systematically expounds the ways and means of geographic information system and application as the integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education course construction of public management specialty from the aspects of curriculum construction ideas, positioning and objectives, teaching content, design and methods, curriculum innovation practice, teaching assessment methods. It provides a reference for the efficient training of public management talents with innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities and the effective implementation of the curriculum construction of integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education.
