摘要: 电镜技术与细胞超微结构是一门面向研究生开设的研究电镜技术、超微结构与超微病理的交叉学科课程。学好这门课程对医学生夯实医学基础理论、建立多学科交叉的立体思维非常重要。该文结合新医科背景下人才培养的需求,针对目前电镜技术与细胞超微结构课程设计和研究生教学过程中存在的问题进行了梳理,采用以学生为中心的混合式教学模式,将新医科的“创新”“学科交叉”理念有机融入研究生教学,对课程进行了全新的设计。

Abstract: Electron microscopy technology and cell ultrastructure is an interdisciplinary course for postgraduates, which aims to study electron microscopy technology, ultrastructure, and ultra-pathology. Learning this course well is very important for medical students to consolidate their basic medical theories and establish interdisciplinary three-dimensional thinking. Combined with the need for personnel training under the background of new medicine, this paper sorts out the problems existing in the current postgraduate teaching process on the electron microscopy and cell ultrastructure course design, adopt a student-centered hybrid teaching mode and integrate the“innovation” and“interdisciplinary”concepts of the new medical during teaching process, carried out a new design the electron microscopy technology and cell ultrastructure.
