多元育人视角下高校创新创业人才培育探究

摘要: 新时代高校创新创业教育应坚持将育人作为出发点和落脚点,将创新创业教育作为培育创新型人才的重要途径和改革举措。目前,一些高校的创新创业教育存在创新意识不足、导师资源稀缺、培养模式单一、实践平台缺乏等问题。因此,高校创新创业教育应以多元育人视角为出发点,分层优化人才培养方案,分类组建优质导师队伍,打造多元化育人平台,促进创新创业人才培养个性化发展、可持续发展,通过发挥育人理念在高校创新型人才培育中的作用,探究多元育人视角下高校创新创业人才培育。

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities in the new era should insist on educating people as the starting point and landing point, and take innovation and entrepreneurship education as an important way and reform measure to cultivate innovative talents. At present, there are some problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education in some universities, such as weak ideological understanding, weak faculty, single training mode and insufficient cultivation platform. Therefore, innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities should start from the perspective of diverse education, optimize talent training programs, build excellent teachers,build diversified education platforms, and promote personalized and sustainable development of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training. By giving play to the role of education concept in cultivating innovative talents in universities, this paper proposes to explore the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in universities from the perspective of diversified education.
