摘要: 生物化学实验是生物学专业重要的基础课程之一。在发展素质教育、创新教育的背景下,传统实验教学使学生难以将所学的实验知识运用到实际生产和科研中,形成应用和创新能力,限制了实践教学作用的发挥。生物化学教研组通过整合设计并开设具有综合性、创新性的实验内容,采用课题式和开放式的教学组织形式,采用以学生为中心的教学方法,改革教学评价方式,提升了生物化学实验的教学效果,实现了对学生综合思维能力和创新精神的培养。

Abstract: Biochemical experiment is an important basic course in biology major. In the context of developing quality education and innovating educational, traditional experimental teaching makes it difficult for students to apply the experimental knowledge they have learned to practical production and research, and form the ability of application and innovation, limiting the effectiveness of practical teaching. Through integrated design, biochemistry teaching and research group have set up comprehensive and innovative experimental contents, adopted subject-based and open teaching organization forms, explored student-centered teaching methods, and reformed teaching evaluation methods. The teaching effect of biochemical experiments has been significantly improved, achieving the cultivation of students' comprehensive thinking ability and innovative spirit.
