摘要: 创新创业教育在研究生培养过程中受到国内外高校的普遍重视,对培养创新创业型人才尤为重要。该文从人才培养目标与课程体系、实践模式与效果评价、创新创业实践教学案例等方面进行分析,提出建立“基础研究能力、应用开发能力和创新创业能力”的专业培养目标,构建以创新创业为导向、专业与实践相结合的课程体系,通过产教融合平台培养学生的综合能力素质,对其学习成果进行综合评价,结合专业案例开展创新创业实践教学,以达到培养工科研究生综合应用研究和创新创业能力的目的。

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education has been attached great importance by universities at home and abroad in the process of postgraduate training, which is particularly important for training innovative and entrepreneurial talents. This paper analyzes the talent training objectives and curriculum system, practice models and effect evaluation, innovation and entrepreneurship practice teaching cases. Propose the establish ment of professional training goal of "basic research ability, application development ability and innovation and entrepreneurship ability", build a curriculum system based on innovation and entrepreneurship oriented, combining specialty and practice, cultivate students' comprehensive ability and quality through the integration platform of industry and education, comprehensively evaluate their learning achievements, and carry out innovation and entrepreneurship practice teaching in combination with professional cases. The goal is achieved to cultivate engineering graduate students' comprehensive application research and innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
