摘要: 中小型工业企业在智改数转大环境下,迫切需要具有机械专业背景的复合MPI(Management、Process、IT)数字化人才。为对接市场需求开展新课程建设,采用多个低代码工具、慕课视频和翻转课堂,涵盖数字化生产管理主要模块,提升了学生的Web开发兴趣。教学效果分析可知,机械专业学生通过课程学习,具有自主开发适用于中小型工业企业微MES的能力。

Abstract: Small and medium-sized industrial enterprises are in urgent need of compound MPI (Management, Process, IT) digital talents with mechanical professional background under the environment of intelligent digital transformation. To meet the market demand, a new course is constructed. Multiple low-code tools, MOOC videos, and flipped classrooms are used, covering the main modules of digital production management, which enhances students' interest in web development. The analysis of teaching effect shows the mechanical students have the ability to independently develop micro-MES suitable for small and medium-sized industrial enterprises through course study.
