新格局下“新商科”应用型人才培养成效分析——以青岛理工大学为例

Analysis on the Training Effect of “New Business” Application-Oriented Talents under the New Pattern——Take Qingdao University of Technology as an Example

摘要: 在以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局下,国家和社会对商科人才的应用性能力提出了更高要求,“新商科”应用型人才应该利用专业知识和新技术灵活地解决实际问题。该文以青岛理工大学为例,通过问卷调查、座谈访问等方式,分析“新商科”应用型人才的培养成效,并分析人才培养过程中的不足之处,对专业设置、培养模式和管理过程等方面提出建议。

Abstract: Under the new development pattern of taking the domestic big cycle as the main body, and the domestic and international double cycle promoting each other, the country and society have put forward higher requirements for the application of business talents. The "new business" applied talents should use professional knowledge and new technology to flexibly solve practical problems. Taking Qingdao University of Technology as an example, this paper analyzes the training effect of "new business" application-oriented talents through questionnaires, informal interviews, etc., and analyzes the shortcomings of the talent training process, and puts forward suggestions on specialty setting, training mode and management process.
