摘要: “挑战杯”被誉为当代大学生科技创新的“奥林匹克”盛会,已成为推动素质教育、培养创新创业人才、提升综合能力的重要载体。该文通过AHP-BP神经网络法开展“挑战杯”大学生创业计划竞赛获奖项目持续发展评价体系研究,明确项目发展的关键影响因素,有效评估获奖项目孵化落地实际发展情况,有效助力大学生创业计划竞赛获奖项目孵化落地。

关键词: “挑战杯”大学生创业计划竞赛, 项目持续发展要素, 评价体系构建, “三圈理论”, AHP层次分析法, BP神经网络

Abstract: "Challenge Cup" is known as the "Olympic Games" of contemporary college students' scientific and technological innovation, and has become an important carrier to promote quality-oriented education, cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents, and improve comprehensive ability. In this paper, AHP-BP neural network method was used to carry out the research on the evaluation system of the sustainable development of the winning projects of the "Challenge Cup" college students' entrepreneurship plan competition, to clarify the key factors affecting the development of the project, effectively evaluate the actual development of the winning projects, and effectively assist the incubator of the winning projects of the college students' entrepreneurship plan competition.
