大学生创新创业能力培养研究——以泰州市几所高校毕业生近年创新创业数据为例

摘要: 该文以国家颁布的一系列有关支持创新创业的文件为背景,探讨泰州市几所高(职院)校近四年创业情况,以各个高职院校官网就业数据为例,横向、纵向分析相关高(职院)校就业数据:横向对比不同高(职院)校不同专业不同校内举措下的创业情况,纵向分析对比不同年份由于不同社会状况、校内举措对大学生创业造成的影响。横、纵向综合分析数据,从培养大学生创业精神导向、促进创新创业与专业课程融合、完善创新创业社会环境、制度环境等方面对提升高(职院)校大学生创新创业能力提出相关改进意见。

Abstract: under the background of a series of documents issued by the central and local cities on innovation and entrepreneurship, this paper discusses the entrepreneurship of several higher (vocational) colleges in Taizhou in recent four years, taking the employment data on the official website of various higher vocational colleges as an example [the author selects the innovation and entrepreneurship data of college graduates from 2017 to 2020, and the school counts the employment data of each graduate until the end of the year], Horizontally and vertically analyze the employment data of relevant higher vocational colleges, horizontally compare the entrepreneurship of various higher vocational colleges in different types and different initiatives, and vertically analyze and compare the impact and deficiencies of different social conditions and campus initiatives on college students' entrepreneurship in different years, so as to put forward relevant improvement suggestions.
