新工科教育体系下的课程过程性评价与多元考核机制研究

摘要: 新工科教育体系下如何培养出企业需要的人才成为了高校亟须思考的问题,而人才的培养也要依靠高校建立切实可行的人才培养方案、课程体系及评价方案。因此,为了培养出适应社会发展的高素质人才,越来越多的高校致力于研究教学模式的改革,而课程评价方式的改革属于教学改革的一种。该课题从课程过程性评价和多元化考核方式两方面入手,分析了传统课程评价及考核的不足及进行改革的必要性,之后又以广东某应用型高校的某课程考核为个例展开调查,结果表明评价主体均认可过程性评价方式的可行性,较多课程在教学中也确实采取了过程性考核,但是实施的效果却存在结果浅表化、参与主体单一的现象。在此基础上,提出了针对应用型学校工科学生的课程过程性评价与多元考核方案的探索与研究。

Abstract: How to cultivate talents needed by enterprises under the new engineering education system has become an urgent problem for colleges and universities, and the cultivation of talents also depends on colleges and universities to establish practical talent training programs, curriculum systems and evaluation programs. Therefore, in order to cultivate high-quality talents to adapt to the society, more and more colleges and universities are committed to the reform of teaching mode, and the reform of curriculum evaluation method also belongs to a kind of teaching reform. From the two aspects of curriculum process evaluation and diversified assessment methods, this topic analyzes the shortcomings of traditional curriculum evaluation and assessment and the necessity of reform. Then, it takes a curriculum assessment of an application-oriented university in Guangdong as an example. The results show that the evaluation subjects recognize the feasibility of process evaluation methods, and many courses do adopt process assessment in teaching, However, the effect of implementation has the phenomenon of superficial results and single participants. On this basis, this paper puts forward the exploration and research of curriculum process evaluation and multiple assessment scheme for engineering students in application-oriented schools.
