问题导向学习模式在口腔外科教学查房中应用可行性的探索

A Feasibility Study of Incorporating Problem Based Learning Method into Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Teaching Rounds

摘要: 目的 针对问题导向学习模式(PBL)用于口腔外科教学查房的效果开展深入分析,判断问题导向学习模式在临床教学中的价值。方法 选取2019年12月到2021年12月参加我院口腔外科教学查房的100名实习医学生作为研究对象,随机分为参照组和研究组,两组比例1:1。研究组50例,采用PBL教学查房模式;参照组50例,采用传统教学查房模式。对比两组实习医学生经过此阶段学习后的学习满意度量表结果以及学生学习后的能力考评结果。结果 参照组的满意度调查低于研究组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参照组的学生能力评价低于研究组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 口腔外科教学查房采用PBL学习模式可以提高医学生在此学习阶段的满意度,同时也能有效提升医学生的学习成绩。

Abstract: Objective To study the effectiveness of problem based learning (PBL) on oral and maxillofacial surgery bedside teaching rounds, and to determine the value of PBL for clinical teaching. Method 100 interns who paticipated our oral and maxillofacial surgery bedside teaching rounds between December2019 and December 2021 were selected, and then assigned into 2 groups equally (study group who were given PBL teaching rounds and control group with conventional teaching method). Interns' satisfaction about teaching method was measured by questionnaires and clinical abilities were reviewed by testing score. Result Control group satisfaction score was lower than study group, scored lower in clinical ablilities test (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing problem based learning on oral and maxillofacial surgery bedside teaching rounds led to higher intern satisfaction score and higher testing score.
