摘要: 中国塑机创新人才培养基地的本硕博贯通式人才培养模式作为培养顶尖创新人才、提高学生科研创新能力、为我国塑机行业提供领军人才的一种新型人才培养模式,在促进高校在塑料机械工业高端人才培养方面具有重要意义。该文介绍了国内本硕博贯通式人才培养模式的现状,同时提出了基于中国塑机创新人才培养基地的本硕博贯通培养模式,并对该模式的培养目标、保障条件以及相关措施方案进行探索。

Abstract: As a new talent training mode to cultivate top innovative talents, improve students' scientific research and innovation ability, and provide leading talents for China's plastic machine industry, the master's degree and doctor's degree through training mode based on China Plastic Machine innovation talent training base is of great significance in improving the cultivation of high-end talents in the plastic machinery industry in universities. This paper introduces the current situation of the master's degree and doctor's degree through training mode in China, and puts forward the master's degree and doctor's degree through training mode based on China Plastic Machine innovation talent training base, and explores the training Objectives, guarantee conditions and related measures.
