摘要: 《艺术设计》作为高职院校的一门重要学科,需要把握产教融合带来的机遇,不断实现改革与升级。然而艺术设计专业人才培养面临一定的问题。为促进高职院校《艺术设计》课程教学人才培养,不仅需要增强与就业市场的关联度,优化教学内容,展现专业特色,还要创新方法,改变方式,提升产学研用融合深度,也要科学考核,优化师资,完善机制,保障人才培育质量,通过有效应对《艺术设计》课程教学面临的挑战,实现人才培养的优化,从而促进艺术设计专业人才的顺利就业。

Abstract: As an important subject in higher vocational colleges, art design needs to grasp the opportunity brought by the integration of industry and education and constantly realize reform and upgrading. However, the training of art design professionals will face certain problems. In order to promote art design in higher vocational colleges teaching personnel training, need to increase and the correlation between the job market, optimize the teaching content, professional characteristics, innovation methods, change the way, will also be upgraded production with fusion depth, also want to scientific assessment, optimization of teachers, perfect the mechanism, ensure quality of talent cultivation, facing the challenge of breaking through the art design teaching, to realize the optimization of talent training, so as to ensure the smooth employment of artistic design professionals.
