Abstract: "Internet +" represents a new economic form, which gives full play to the two roles of the Internet in the allocation of factors of production, including optimization and integration, and integrates the Internet innovation results deeply and widely applied in various fields of economic society. Contemporary college students are deeply affected by it both at school and in the society, so it is particularly important to educate college students about innovation and entrepreneurship under the background of "Internet +". This paper expounds the status quo of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the context of the Internet and studies its importance, points out the existing problems and challenges, and puts forward a new education model.
