摘要: 高职院校服务区域经济发展,促进行业产业转型升级,离不开“双师型”教师这一主体力量。该文首先分析了产教融合视域下“双师型”教师的内涵与现状,然后探讨研究了“双师型”教师的培养路径。提出在产教融合的基础上,从加强入职培训、完善引入制度、搭建考评与激励制度、拓宽培养渠道等措施出发,培养一批高素质的“双师型”教师,进而提高人才培养质量。
