摘要: 学科竞赛是新工科培养卓越人才的重要手段之一,是工程教育质量提升的重要补充,同时还是高校强化并提升大学生创新和实践能力的重要载体。借助学科竞赛,高校可有效整合课内外实践教学资源及各教学环节,促使大学生专业综合素质的全面提升,切实提高人才培养的质量。基于此,该文以学科竞赛作为切入点,探究高校土木工程专业提升人才培养质量的实践措施,以更好地培养大学生的自主学习意识、创新实践能力以及团队合作意识,继而实现真正的教学相长。

Abstract: Discipline competition is one of the important means to cultivate outstanding talents in new engineering, an important supplement to improve the quality of engineering education, and an important carrier for universities to strengthen and improve the innovation and practice ability of college students. With the help of discipline competitions, colleges and universities can effectively integrate practical teaching resources inside and outside the class and all teaching links, promote the comprehensive professional quality of college students to improve the quality of talent training. Based on this, this paper takes disciplinary competition as the entry point to explore practical measures to improve the quality of talent training in civil engineering major in colleges and universities, so as to better cultivate college students' awareness of independent learning, innovative practice ability and teamwork consciousness, and then realize real teaching and learning.
