摘要: 在人力资源管理专业中应用OBE教育理念,可以从市场导向、协同育人的角度出发调整教学模式,加大人才培养力度,使人力资源管理专业的人才培养模式越发科学、系统,为人力资源管理行业提供人才助力。该文从OBE教育理念内涵分析入手,结合人力资源管理专业教育现状,探索民办高校人力资源管理专业应用型人才培养路径。

Abstract: The application of OBE education concept in human resource management can adjust the teaching mode from the perspective of market orientation and collaborative education, strengthen talent training, make the talent training mode of human resource management more scientific and systematic, and provide talent support for the human resource management industry. This paper will start from the analysis of the connotation of OBE education concept, combined with the current situation of human resource management professional education, explore the path of human resource management professional application-oriented personnel training in private universities.
