摘要: 目的探讨对分课堂和案例教学在基于虚拟仿真技术的临床血液学检验实验课中的应用效果。方法选择许昌学院2019级医学检验本科学生59名,1班30人为实验组,利用对分课堂与案例教学开展临床血液学虚拟仿真技术检验实验课教学,2班29人为对照班,采用常规教学,通过调查问卷和实验考试比较两组学生的学习效果。结果调查问卷表明在基于虚拟仿真技术的临床血液学检验实验课中使用对分课堂和案例教学的教学方法有助于提高学生的学习兴趣、实践能力和临床思维诊断能力。实验考试实验组学生的成绩为89.37±4.69,对照组学生成绩为86.14±4.53,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于虚拟仿真技术的临床血液学检验实验课中使用对分课堂和案例教学的教学方法有利于提高教学质量和学生的实践能力。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of sub class and case teaching in clinical hematology laboratory experiment class based on virtual simulation technology. MethodsA total of 59 medical laboratory undergraduate students from Xuchang University of grade 2019 were selected. 30 students from Class 1 were assigned to the experimental group. The experimental class of clinical hematology virtual simulation test was carried out by using the sub-class and case teaching, and 29 students from Class 2 were assigned to the control class. ResultsThe questionnaire shows that the teaching method of divided class and case teaching is helpful to improve students' learning interest, practical ability and clinical thinking and diagnosis ability. The score of experimental group was 89.37±4.69, and that of control group was 86.14±4.53, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionIt is a good teaching method to use the teaching method of divided class and case teaching in clinical hematology laboratory experiment based on virtual simulation technology, which is beneficial to improve the teaching quality and students' practical ability.
