服务性学习在提升护生软技能中的应用研究——以《社区护理》实践教学为例

摘要: 目的分析服务性学习在提升护生软技能中的应用效果,并以《社区护理》实践教学为例。方法对该校高职护理专业学生进行研究,随机分为两组并给予不同教学方案,观察两组教学前后理论知识、操作技能以及综合考评,并对比两组教学效果及满意度。结果教学后,研究组理论知识、操作技能以及综合考评更佳,且教学效果更好,满意度更高,P<0.05。结论在《社区护理》教学过程中,应用服务性学习教学方式的临床效果显著,能有效提高学生理论知识、操作技能以及综合能力,改善教学效果,且对提升学生满意度有积极作用,值得推广。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo analyze the application effect of service learning in improving the soft skills of nursing students, and take the practical teaching of Community Nursing as an example. MethodsA study was carried out on the nursing students of our school. They were randomly divided into two groups and given different teaching plans. The theoretical knowledge, operating skills and comprehensive assessment of the two groups were observed before and after the teaching, and the teaching effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. ResultsAfter teaching, the theoretical knowledge, operating skills and comprehensive assessment of the research group were better, and the teaching effect was better, and the satisfaction was higher, P<0.05. ConclusionIn the process of community nursing teaching, the clinical effect of applying service-based learning teaching methods is significant, which can effectively improve students' theoretical knowledge, operational skills and comprehensive abilities, improve teaching effects, and have a positive effect on improving student satisfaction. It is worthy of promotion.
