后疫情时代“双师型”教师队伍培养模式探索——以常州大学为例

Exploration on Training of Double-Qualified Teachers in the Post-Epidemic Era——Based on the Changzhou University

摘要: 新冠肺炎疫情的防控,对高等院校师资队伍的建设和发展提出了更高的要求,如何化解大学生就业结构性矛盾,是目前本科高校亟需解决的重要问题。该文首先分析了地方本科高校“双师型”教师队伍构建及发展的必要性以及存在的一些问题。然后以常州大学高分子材料专业为例,介绍了常州大学在“双师型”教师师资来源、队伍培养、校企合作、考核评价及激励机制等方面取得的成果,为后疫情时代地方高校“双师型”教师队伍的建设提供思路。

Abstract: The development of the new crown epidemic has put forward higher requirements for the construction and development of the faculty of colleges and universities. How to resolve the structural contradictions in the employment of college students is an important and urgent issue. Firstly, this article analyzed the necessity of the construction and development of the dual-qualified faculty as well as some existing problems in local undergraduate colleges and universities. And then, taking Changzhou University as an example, this article introduced the achievements of Changzhou University in the sources of dual-qualified teachers, team training, school-enterprise cooperation, assessment and evaluation systems, which is helpful for providing ideas for the construction of double-qualified teachers.
