摘要: 基于产教融合视角,人才培养供给侧需与产业需求侧相适应,高等教育如何避免“两张皮”问题?现今我国经济正处于提质增效的重要时期,为满足创新经济企业对创新人才的渴求,将创新创业(以下简称“双创”)教育有效融入专业课程教学,以管理类专业课程为例,探索专业课程与“双创”教育交叉融合的“课创交融”五步教学模型与专业课程教育-“双创”教育-“大创”项目训练-科研成果转化-“互联网+”大赛的耦合实践模型,以及“课创交融”的教学与实践整合模型。促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的有机衔接,为以上领域教学改革提供参考与借鉴。

Abstract: Based on the perspective of integration of industry and education, the supply side of talent training needs to be adapted to the demand side of industry, how can higher education avoid the problem of "two skins"? At present, China's economy is in an important period of improving quality and efficiency,in order to meet the thirst of innovative economic enterprises for innovative talents, the education of innovation and entrepreneurship (hereinafter referred to as "double creation") is effectively integrated into the teaching of professional courses, taking management professional courses as an example, exploring the cross-integration of professional courses with "double creation" education. The "five-step teaching model and professional curriculum education" - "double creation" education - "big creation" project training - the transformation of scientific research results - the "Internet plus" contest coupling practice duplicate, as well as the "class creation and integration" teaching and practice integration model. Promote the organic link between the education chain, the talent chain and the industrial chain and the innovation chain. It provides reference and reference for teaching reform in the above fields..
