摘要: 在分析学院材料工程硕士研究生培养存在问题基础上,开展“两双一结合”材料工程硕士研究生培养模式的研究与实践。充分利用学院拥有的省部级科研平台或重点实验室和企业或企业研究生工作站等两类平台,紧密结合导师的企业委托横向科研课题,开展材料工程硕士研究生的培养工作。着力提高材料工程硕士研究生的职业素养和解决工程问题的能力,打造具有“两双一结合”特色的材料工程硕士研究生培养模式,为培养具有良好综合素质的材料工程领域高级专门技术人才提供理论基础。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the training of the master of materials engineering, the research and practice of the training mode for the master of materials engineering with "two pairs and one combination" are carried out. The school makes full use of two platforms, namely the provincial or ministerial scientific research platforms or key laboratories and the enterprise or enterprise postgraduate workstations. The scientific research projects entrusted by the tutor are used to carry out the training of the master of materials engineering. Efforts should be made to improve the professional quality and the ability to solve engineering problems of master of materials engineering. A "two pairs and one combination" characteristic training mode for the master of materials engineering was created, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the training of senior technical personnel with good comprehensive quality in the field of materials engineering.
