摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在“一带一路”的政策背景下,“订单式”环境专业人才培养模式从企业需求出发,向企业输出高质量的专有所长的专业技术人才,全方位、多层次地加强校企合作,特别是加强与一些国际化企业之间的合作。实践证明,“订单式”环境专业人才培养的实施显著提升了学生的专业技术水平和就业竞争力,培养了一批国际化、精准化、专业化的高素质专业人才,有效提升了环境专业本科生的就业率和培养质量。

Abstract: Under the background of "The Belt and Road" policy, the "order type" environment professional personnel training mode starts from the needs and demands of enterprises, and outputs high-quality professional and technical personnel with proprietary expertise to enterprises, and strengthens all-round and multi-level school-enterprise cooperation, especially the cooperation with some international enterprises.Practice has proved that the "Order-type" training of environmental professionals has significantly improved the professional and technical level and employment competitiveness of students, cultivated a group of international, precise and professional high-quality professionals, and effectively improved the employment rate and training quality of environmental undergraduates.
