摘要/Abstract

摘要： 高校不仅承担着教育科研、立德树人的核心责任,更肩负向社会输送高质量人才的重任,结合产教融合的政策导向,校企合作是一种非常适应社会需求的育人用人模式。在新常态下,进一步深入校企的产学研合作,有利于就业创业教育体系的新突破,提升大学生的职业技能,节约企业人力成本,优化高校教育模式创新。

Abstract: Colleges and universities not only undertake the core responsibilities of education and scientific research, moral education, but also the task of delivering high-quality talents to the society. Combined with the policy guidance of the integration of industry and education, school enterprise cooperation is a very suitable mode of educating and employing people to meet the needs of the society. Under the new normal, further deepening the cooperation between University and enterprise is conducive to the new breakthrough of the employment and entrepreneurship education system, improving the employment skills of college students, saving the human cost of enterprises, and optimizing the innovation of university education mode.
