摘要: 教学团队建设是教育部“双高计划”中建设高水平师资队伍,提高教学质量的一项重要举措。本文根据学校电子商务专业教师教学团队建设实践,探讨如何开展教学团队建设,提出“3333”教师教学创新团队建设思路和举措。

Abstract: The teaching team construction is an important method of Double High School Program of the Ministry of Education to build a high-level teaching staff and improve teaching quality.Discussing how to carry out the construction of teaching team and put forward construction ideas together with measures of “3333”teachers’teaching innovation team according to the practice of the school’s teachers’ teaching team construction in Electronic Commerce Major.
