摘要: 目前,城市轨道交通正在飞速发展,随着城轨交通建设运营规模的逐渐增大,轨道交通的运营城市不断增加,技术设备不断完善,轨道交通专业的技术人员尤为紧缺。城市交通通信专业是服务于城市轨道交通行业发展而开设的专业,主要培养高素质人才,不仅要掌握城市轨道交通通信系统与设备的安装、调试技能,还需具备对故障的分析诊断和处理能力。该文将CDIO应用于城市轨道交通通信专业建设,以期培养具有“务实、细致、规范”职业素养,具备“创新、开拓、自主”全面能力的技术型人才,解决城市轨道专业人才紧缺的问题。

Abstract: At present, urban rail transit is developing rapidly. With the gradual growth of urban rail transit construction and operation scale, the number of operating cities of rail transit is increasing, the technical equipment is improving, and the professional technical personnel of rail transit are especially in short supply. The major of urban traffic communication is set up to serve the development of urban rail transit industry. It mainly trains high-quality talents. They not only need to master the installation and debugging skills of urban rail transit communication system and equipment, but also have the ability to analyze, diagnose and handle faults. In this paper, CDIO is applied to the construction of urban rail transit communication major in order to cultivate technical talents with "pragmatic, meticulous and standardized" professional quality and "innovation, development and independence" comprehensive ability, and solve the problem of shortage of urban rail professionals.
