商务英语专业学生综合能力要求及配套课程设置的研究——以珠三角地区为例

摘要: 为了使人才更加符合市场需求,该文基于需求理论,主要以问卷调查的形式了解珠三角地区用人单位对商务英语专业毕业生的需求情况。数据显示,珠三角地区企业认为商务英语专业毕业生掌握听、说、读、写、译以及实践能力最为重要。针对这一要求,基于问卷结果,该文建议学校应根据目前市场需求,调整商务英语专业的课程设置,提高学生的综合能力,培养具备专业知识以及实践技能的复合型人才。

Abstract: In order to better meet the market needs for talents, and based on the needs theory, mainly in the form of questionnaire to understand the needs of employers in the Pearl River Delta region for Business English graduates. According to the data, the enterprises in the Pearl River Delta believe that it is the most important for Business English graduates to master the listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation as well as practical ability. In view of this requirement, and based on the results of the questionnaire, it was suggested that schools should adjust the curriculum setting according to the current market demand, improve the students' comprehensive ability, and cultivate inter-disciplinary talent with professional knowledge and practical skills.
