Exploration of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Path for Vocational and Continuing Education Integration Based on Industry-Education Collaboration

摘要: 在产业升级与终身学习需求交织的新时代,开放教育职继融合创新创业育人是连接人才培育与产业创新的重要纽带。围绕这一命题,立足服务国家创新驱动发展战略、破解职继割裂难题、赋能学习型社会建设的时代价值,遵循需求导向、能力本位、系统协同原则,该文探索四维育人路径:以目标融合实现岗位能力与“双创”素养同培,以过程融会贯通职前职后学习阶段,以资源融合协同实体与虚拟空间,以评价融合构建动态能力成长图谱。该路径通过产教深度协同,有效提升人才的创新思维与实践能力,为区域产业升级与学习型社会建设提供可操作的育人方案。

Abstract: In the new era where industrial upgrading and the demand for lifelong learning are intertwined, the integration of vocational and continuing education for innovation and entrepreneurship in open education serves as a crucial link between talent cultivation and industrial innovation. Centering on this proposition, based on the contemporary value of serving the national innovation-driven development strategy, breaking the problem of the separation of career and continuation, and empowering the construction of a learning society, following the principles of demand orientation, ability-based, and system collaboration, a four-dimensional education path has been explored: achieve the simultaneous cultivation of job capabilities and innovation and entrepreneurship qualities through goal integration, connect the pre-employment and post-employment learning stages through process integration, coordinate the physical and virtual spaces through resource integration, and construct a dynamic ability growth map through evaluation integration. This path, through in-depth collaboration between industry and education, effectively enhances the innovative thinking and practical abilities of talents, providing an operational education solution for regional industrial upgrading and the construction of a learning society.
