新质生产力视角下装备制造类人才培养路径研究

摘要: 新质生产力作为以科技创新为驱动,以高端化、智能化、绿色化为特征的新型生产力,正深刻重构着装备制造业的发展格局。该文基于新质生产力视角,系统探究装备制造类人才培养路径,分析新质生产力对装备制造业的赋能机制,明确其对劳动者在技术创新、数智融合、绿色发展等方面的新要求;审视当前装备制造类人才培养现状,发现其存在教学内容滞后、学生创新能力不强、教师工程素养不高等问题;针对性提出路径优化方案,包括“行校企”完善培养机制、“育训战”改革实践教学、“科创赛”融通科教育人、“课赛产”内化工程素养、“金字塔”形团队强化教师实践,培养契合新质生产力需求的高技能人才,推动装备制造业持续发展。

Abstract: New quality productivity, driven by technological innovation and characterized by high-end, intelligent, and green features, is profoundly restructuring the development pattern of equipment manufacturing industry. Based on the perspective of new quality productivity, this article systematically explores the training path of equipment manufacturing talents, analyzes the empowerment mechanism of new quality productivity on the equipment manufacturing industry, and clarifies its new requirements for workers in technological innovation, digital intelligence integration, green development, and other aspects; examining the current situation of talent cultivation in equipment manufacturing, there are problems such as lagging teaching content, weak innovation ability of students, and inadequate engineering literacy of teachers; propose targeted path optimization plans, including improving the training mechanism of“industry school enterprise”, reforming practical teaching of“education training battle”, integrating science and education through“science and technology innovation competition”, internalizing engineering literacy through“curriculum competition production”, strengthening teacher practice through“pyramid”teams, cultivating high skilled talents that meet the needs of new quality production capacity, and promoting the sustainable development of equipment manufacturing industry.
