摘要: 产业数字化转型加速了职业教育生态重构进程。数智化赋能的“岗课赛证创”融通育人模式作为创新教育范式,正引发广泛关注。该文以高职院校技术技能人才培养为例,阐述数智化赋能改革的时代背景,剖析其重塑育人生态的核心价值,重点探索“产教数据融合、教学平台构建、教学设计优化、教学活动创新、评价体系重构”五维实施路径;在此模式下,实现“岗课赛证创”五要素深度联动、工业级技术资源无缝接入、能力成长轨迹精准画像系统性,为高素质技术技能人才培养注入新动能。

Abstract: The industrial digital transformation has accelerated the process of reconstructing the vocational education ecosystem. The integrated education model of“positions, courses, competitions, certificates and innovation”empowered by digital intelligence, as an innovative educational paradigm, is attracting widespread attention. Taking the cultivation of technical and skilled talents in higher vocational colleges as an example, this article expounds the background of the era of digital and intelligent empowerment reform, analyzes its core value in reshaping the educational ecosystem, and focuses on exploring the five-dimensional implementation path of“integration of industry-education data, construction of teaching platforms, optimization of teaching design, innovation of teaching activities, and reconstruction of evaluation systems”. Under this model, the in-depth interaction of the five elements of“positions, courses, competitions, certificates and innovation”, seamless integration of industrial-grade technical resources, and precise profiling of ability growth trajectories are systematically achieved, injecting new impetus into the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents.
