摘要: 随着人工智能技术深度融入产业发展,深化基本技能教育成为职业院校适配产业转型、保障人才培养质量的关键举措。在新质生产力加速崛起的背景下,该文立足产业需求与人才培养双导向,系统阐释深化基本技能教育的价值意蕴,深入剖析其面临的问题,构建针对性的突破路径,为人工智能时代高职院校培育适配产业需求的高素质技能人才提供实践参考。

Abstract: With the deep integration of artificial intelligence technology into industrial development, deepening basic skills education has become a key measure for vocational colleges to adapt to industrial transformation and ensure the quality of talent cultivation. Against the backdrop of the accelerated rise of new quality productivity, based on the dual orientation of industrial demand and talent cultivation, this article systematically explains the value of deepening basic skills education, deeply analyzes the problems it faces, constructs targeted breakthrough paths, and provides practical references for vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality skilled talents that meet industrial needs in the era of artificial intelligence.
