Construction and Application of a Multi-Level and Three-Dimensional Quality Management and Evaluation System for Clinical Teaching—Case Study of Tianjin Medical University General Hospital

摘要: 随着医学教育改革的深化,附属医院作为医学人才培养的核心基地,其临床教学质量直接决定人才培养成效。为提升天津医科大学总医院临床教学质量,构建科学完善的多层次、立体化临床教学质量管理评价体系至关重要。该文结合医院教学实际,从设计原则、运行体系、信息反馈体系、督导体系及保障体系5个方面,阐述多层次、立体化临床教学质量管理评价体系构建过程并分析实施效果。该评价体系运行后,有效激发了教师的教学积极性、提升了学生的学习满意度,为医学类院校临床教学质量提升提供了实践经验。

Abstract: With the deepening of medical education reform, affiliated hospitals, as core bases for medical talent training, their clinical teaching quality directly determines the effectiveness of talent cultivation. To improve the clinical teaching quality of Tianjin Medical University General Hospital, constructing a scientific and comprehensive multi-level and three-dimensional clinical teaching quality management and evaluation system is of great significance. The article integrates hospital teaching practices and elaborates on the construction process of a multi-level, three-dimensional clinical teaching quality management evaluation system from five aspects: design principles, operational framework, information feedback system, supervision system, and support system, while analyzing the implementation outcomes. After the evaluation system was implemented, it effectively enhanced teachers' instructional motivation and improved students' learning satisfaction, providing practical experience for improving clinical teaching quality in medical institutions.
