矿业类专业“赛教研创”融通式人才培养模式研究

Research on the Integrated Talent Cultivation Model of“Competition, Teaching, Research and Innovation”for Mining Majors

摘要: 该文以中南大学矿物加工工程专业为例,系统构建了矿业类专业“赛教研创”融通式创新创业人才培养模式。实践表明:该模式显著提升了学生的创新创业能力,近5年,学生获省级以上竞赛奖励50余项,大学生创办科技型企业6家;促进了教学改革,建设了国家级一流课程2门;产生了广泛的社会影响,2项成果入选省级育人案例,被央视等主流媒体报道,为高等教育创新创业人才培养提供了可借鉴的范式。

Abstract: Taking the mineral processing engineering major at Central South University as an example, this study systematically constructs an integrated“competition-teaching-research-innovation”talent cultivation model for innovation and entrepreneurship in mining-related majors. Practical implementation demonstrates that this model has significantly enhanced students'innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities, with students winning over 50 provincial-level or higher competition awards and establishing six technology-based enterprises in the past five years. It has also promoted teaching reform, leading to the development of two national-level first-class courses. Furthermore, the model has generated widespread social impact, with two achievements selected as provincial-level educational cases and featured in mainstream media outlets such as CCTV, providing a replicable paradigm for innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation in higher education.
