Interdisciplinary Integration Perspective on Optimizing the Competition-Education Integration Teaching Model in Medical Colleges

摘要: 该文以昆明医科大学为例,立足跨学科融合视角,聚焦创新创业赛教一体化教学模式的优化路径;通过文献分析、问卷调查、深度访谈、案例研究与教学实验等多元研究方法,系统梳理国内外相关研究动态,分析医科院校创新创业教育现状及赛教一体化模式应用的瓶颈,构建融合医学、社会学、人文学科等多领域知识的教学理论框架,设计可操作的赛教一体化优化方案。研究结果显示:跨学科融合与赛教一体化的深度结合,能有效提升医学专业学生的创新能力、团队协作能力与社会责任感,为医科院校创新创业教育体系完善提供理论支撑与实践参考,推动医学教育向综合化、创新化方向转型。

Abstract: Taking Kunming Medical University as a case study, this paper explores the optimization path of the competition-education integration teaching model from the perspective of interdisciplinary integration. Through a combination of literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews, case studies, and teaching experiments, this study systematically reviews relevant domestic and international research trends, analyzes the current status of innovation and entrepreneurship education in medical colleges, and identifies application bottlenecks in the competition-education integration model. By constructing a theoretical framework that integrates multidisciplinary knowledge from medicine, sociology, and humanities, and designing an actionable optimization strategy for competition-education integration, the research demonstrates that in-depth integration of interdisciplinary collaboration and competition-education integration effectively enhances medical students'innovative capabilities, teamwork skills, and social responsibility. This approach provides theoretical support and practical references for improving innovation and entrepreneurship education systems in medical colleges, promoting the transformation of medical education towards comprehensiveness and innovation.
