摘要: 高职教育以培养高素质技术技能人才为核心目标。英语作为国际交流的通用语言,其教学质量直接影响学生的职业发展潜力。该文基于高职英语教学的育人定位,从语言能力、职业技能、职业素养三个核心维度出发,深入分析三者的内在逻辑关联,探索构建“语言筑基、技能赋能、素养铸魂”的协同培养体系,为提升高职英语教学质量、助力学生全面发展提供理论参考与实践路径。

Abstract: Higher vocational education aims to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents. As a universal language for international communication, English plays a vital role in the students'potential for career development. Based on the educational orientation of higher vocational English teaching, this paper analyzes the inherent logical connections among the three core dimensions of language competence, vocational skills and professional literacy, and explores a collaborative cultivation system featuring“language as the foundation, skills as the empowerment, and literacy as the soul”. This study provides theoretical references and practical paths for improving the quality of higher vocational English teaching and facilitating the all-round development of students.
