新工科背景下大数据技术专业实训课程体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of Training Course System for Big Data Technology Major under the Background of New Engineering

摘要: 在新工科教育理念推动下,大数据技术人才培养存在实践能力不足、课程体系与产业需求脱节等问题。为此,该文提出以“岗课赛证”融通为核心的实训课程体系,基于成渝双城经济圈企业调研,提炼六类岗位能力模型,构建三级能力递进课程体系与“岗课赛证”四维支撑矩阵。该矩阵通过动态映射机制实现岗位对接、竞赛融合、认证覆盖、资源支撑,依托校企共建的大数据集群平台与“双师型”师资,形成“需求→教学→评价”闭环动态调整机制。该体系为高职新工科教育提供了可复制的“区域产业适配”课程范式。

Abstract: Under the promotion of the new engineering education concept, there are problems in the cultivation of big data technology talents, such as insufficient practical ability and a disconnect between the curriculum system and industry demand. Therefore, this article proposes a practical training curriculum system centered on the integration of“job courses competitions and certificates”. Based on a survey of enterprises in the Chengdu Chongqing economic circle, six types of job competency models were extracted to construct a three-level competency progression curriculum system and a four-dimensional support matrix for“job course competitions and certifications”. Through a dynamic mapping mechanism, the matrix achieves job matching, competition integration, certification coverage, resource support, relying on the big data cluster platform jointly built by schools and enterprises and the“dual teacher”teaching staff, it forms a closed-loop dynamic adjustment mechanism of“demand → teaching → evaluation”. This system provides a replicable“regional industry adaptation”curriculum paradigm for vocational new engineering education.
