摘要: 在产业数字化转型加速与高阶应用型人才结构性短缺的双重压力下,基于“岗课赛证”模式创新人才培养,是应用型本科院校改革的重要举措。该文以电子商务专业为研究对象,分析该专业依托“岗课赛证”模式改革的现状,评估其人才培养价值,分析改革中存在的课程体系复杂、理论与实践结合不紧密、校企合作深度不足、考核评价体系不完善等问题,进而提出完善课程体系、完善实践教学环节、优化教师团队结构、完善考核标准等措施,旨在为社会培养合格人才。

Abstract: Under the dual pressure of accelerated industrial digital transformation and structural shortage of high-level applied talents, innovative talent cultivation based on the “job course competition certificate” mode is an important measure for the reform of applied undergraduate colleges. This article takes the e-commerce major as the research object, analyzes the current situation of the reform relying on the “job course competition certificate” mode, evaluates its talent cultivation value, analyzes the problems of complex curriculum system, insufficient integration of theory and practice, insufficient depth of school enterprise cooperation, and imperfect assessment and evaluation system in the reform, and proposes measures to perfect the curriculum system, perfect practical teaching links, optimize the teacher team structure, and improve assessment standards, aiming to cultivate qualified talents for society.
