Research on the Reform of Talent Cultivation Mode in Applied Universities Based on Discipline Competitions—Taking Architecture as an Example

摘要: 在建筑业绿色低碳转型与城乡统筹发展的背景下,传统课堂与实习结合的人才培养模式难以满足培养复合型、创新型人才的需求。学科竞赛以贴近行业前沿、强调真实情境与跨学科协作,成为连接课堂与社会、理论与实践的重要桥梁。该文以建筑学专业为例,分析应用型高校在竞赛融入过程中存在的课程滞后、实践错位、协作不足及成果转化不畅等问题,提出“课程重构—实践优化—团队贯通—平台协同”的改革路径,探索以竞赛为核心驱动的育人机制,为应用型高校教育创新与建筑业可持续转型提供参考。

Abstract: In the context of the green and low-carbon transformation of the construction industry and the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, the traditional talent training model combining classroom and internship is difficult to meet the needs of compound and innovative talents. Subject competitions, with their proximity to the forefront of the industry, emphasis on real-life situations and interdisciplinary collaboration, have become an important bridge connecting the classroom and society, theory and practice. This article takes the architecture major as an example to analyze the problems of curriculum lag, practice mismatch, insufficient collaboration, and poor achievement transformation in the process of competition integration in applied universities. It proposes a reform path of “curriculum reconstruction practice optimization team integration platform collaboration” , explores the education mechanism driven by competition as the core, and provides reference for educational innovation and sustainable transformation of the construction industry in applied universities.
