摘要: 立足教育数字化转型战略,提升高校教师数字化能力,是推动高等教育高质量发展的关键举措。该文首先系统梳理了数字化转型对高校教师核心能力提出的新要求与新挑战,接着结合当前高校存在的实践短板,提出加强实践引导、实施“双师”协同、组织案例分享等切实可行的能力提升路径与具体案例,旨在为高校有效推进教师数字化能力发展、深化教育教学改革提供实践参考。

Abstract: Enhancing the digital competencies of university faculty through education's digital transformation strategy is critical measure to advancing high-quality higher education. This paper first systematically outlines the new requirements and challenges for faculty core competencies in this context, then proposes actionable approaches, including practical guidance, dual-teacher collaboration, and case study sharing, to boost capabilities based on common gaps in current practice. These strategies aim to provide practical references for universities to effectively develop faculty digital competencies and deepen educational reforms.
