摘要: 该文深入探讨了在技能型社会视域下,高职学生创新创业能力培养的关键问题与策略:首先分析了技能型社会对高职学生“双创”能力的多维度要求以及“双创”能力在当前技能型社会中的作用,其次剖析了高职学生“双创”能力培养在教育理念、课程设置、师资力量、实践平台以及评价体系等方面存在的不足,最后提出了六条培养策略——优化课程体系、加强师资队伍建设、强化实践教学环节、营造创新创业文化氛围、深化校企合作以及建立多元化的评价体系,以全方位提升高职学生的“双创”能力,为高职教育发展提供科学的决策支持,推动技能型社会建设和高职教育国际化发展。

Abstract: This paper delves into the key issues and strategies concerning the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities among vocational college students in the perspective of a skill-oriented society. It first analyzes the multi-dimensional requirements for vocational college students' “dual-innovation” capabilities in a skill-oriented society, as well as the role of such capabilities in the current skill-oriented society. Subsequently, it examines the deficiencies in the cultivation of vocational college students' “dual-innovation” capabilities in terms of educational concepts, curriculum design, faculty strength, practical platforms, and evaluation systems. Finally, it proposes six cultivation strategies: optimizing the curriculum system, strengthening the construction of the teaching staff, enhancing practical teaching links, fostering a cultural atmosphere for innovation and entrepreneurship, deepening school-enterprise cooperation, and establishing a diversified evaluation system. These strategies aim to comprehensively improve vocational college students' “dual-innovation” capabilities, provide scientific decision-making support for the development of vocational education, and promote the construction of a skill-oriented society and the internationalization of vocational education.
