摘要: 在新一轮科技革命和产业变革加速演进的背景下,人工智能技术已成为赋能各行业转型升级、推动经济和社会高质量发展的核心驱动力。为解决人工智能技术类人才培养中育人体系融合不足、实践教学与产业需求脱节等问题,该文基于“三融育人”视域,运用文献分析、实地调研和案例研究等方法,对人才培养模式进行创新与优化,构建了产教融合的课程体系、校企协同的实践教学模式及科教融汇的创新能力培养机制。实施效果表明:该模式能有效提升人才培养质量,为人工智能技术类人才培养提供可推广的路径。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the accelerated evolution of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, artificial intelligence technology has become a core driving force for empowering the transformation and upgrading of various industries and promoting high-quality economic and social development. To address issues such as insufficient integration of the education system and the disconnect between practical teaching and industrial needs in the cultivation of artificial intelligence technology talents, this paper, from the perspective of“three-integration education”, innovates and optimizes the talent training model by adopting methods like literature analysis, field research, and case studies. It constructs an industry-education integrated curriculum system, a school-enterprise collaborative practical teaching model, and an innovation capability cultivation mechanism integrating science and education. The analysis of implementation effects shows that this model can effectively improve the quality of talent cultivation and provide a promotable path for the training of artificial intelligence technology talents.
